These Terms and Conditions apply between you, the user of this website (www.thefayrerebellion.co.uk), and The Fayre Rebellion, operated by Paris Kempshaw as a sole trader. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website immediately.

1.4 "Services" refers to ticket sales for wedding fayres, exhibitor stall applications and bookings, and related event services.
1.5 "Eventbrite" refers to the third-party platform used to sell tickets to fayres.
1.6 "Bank Transfer" refers to the manual method of supplier payment provided directly to The Fayre Rebellion.

2. Use of the Website

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using the Website, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 You agree not to:

2.2.2 Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
2.2.3 Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any content without express written consent from us.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 All content on this Website (text, graphics, images, layout, etc.) is the property of The Fayre Rebellion unless uploaded by Users or credited third parties.
3.2 Photos and other visual content are provided by various suppliers and photographers and used with permission or under licence. Credit will be granted where applicable. We do not claim ownership or copyright of these third-party materials.
3.3 You may view the content for personal use but must not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our permission.
3.4 If you believe your copyrighted material appears on our site without permission, please contact us immediately and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

3.5 By submitting content to us or exhibiting at our events, you grant The Fayre Rebellion a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your business name, description, and submitted imagery for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and email marketing, for the duration of your exhibition period and up to 12 months thereafter.

4. Event Tickets

4.1 Tickets for our wedding fayres are sold through third-party platform Eventbrite. By purchasing a ticket, you are also agreeing to Eventbrite's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
4.2 All ticket sales are non-refundable, except in the rare event that the fayre is cancelled by us. In such circumstances, ticket holders will be offered a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.
4.3 Under UK law, ticket sales for leisure events on a specified date are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5. Supplier Stalls

5.1 Suppliers may apply to exhibit at our fayres directly through our Website using the application form provided. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance; all applications are manually reviewed and approved at our discretion.

5.2 Payment terms for stall bookings, including pricing and due dates, will be communicated via email upon acceptance. Stall bookings must be paid in full via bank transfer within seven days of acceptance. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the stall.

5.3 Stall bookings are non-refundable except in the event that the fayre is cancelled by us.

5.4 Participation does not guarantee sales, leads or future bookings. We are not liable for individual business outcomes as a result of exhibiting.

5.5 By exhibiting at The Fayre Rebellion, you grant us permission to use your business name, description, and imagery on our Website and marketing materials.

5.6 All payments for supplier stalls must be made via bank transfer. Invoices and receipts will be issued electronically.

6. Mailing List and Marketing

6.1 By subscribing to our mailing list, you consent to receive emails from us about upcoming events, promotions, and selected exhibitor highlights. We do not share your personal data with exhibitors, and all emails are sent directly by The Fayre Rebellion. No third parties will contact you directly.
6.2 We collect and process your data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], relying on your consent as our lawful basis for marketing communications.
6.3 You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us at thefayrerebellion@gmail.com.
6.4 All mailing list data is securely stored through our platform provider (Wix) and will not be shared with third parties. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.
6.5 We are not responsible for missed communications due to email deliverability issues. Please ensure thefayrerebellion@gmail.com is added to your safe sender list.
